Cannot recommend this place enough. Dave and Mike are both excellent, the communication was stellar. I really appreciated the detailed report that was sent to me to look over before they went ahead with repairs. I hemmed and hawed a bit over what to fix and when, and they were patient and flexible with my terrible decision making skills. They have flexible payment options and have an after-hours lockbox for key pickup if their hours don’t work for you. (As a shift worker this is incredibly appealing.) All in all it was such a positive experience and I will certainly return to have more repairs done.

Brought our SUV today for the first time after many years of getting service at our dealership. The dealership repair jobs were fine but the service was just OK. My first experience with Kinetic was just tremendous. Open and up front about everything and great communication all around. We have decided to start bringing our car to Kinetic as well. Outstanding service!

They are always prompt, communicative, and super upfront about processes and charges. Really appreciate the clarity they provide and the vehicle inspection report for things to keep an eye on.

I'd like to give a shout-out to the team at Kinetic Auto Services. The AC failed on my old Jeep and it was time to start doing the math on whether to keep the old girl rolling or Old Yeller* her. The used vehicle market is wild these days and everything I thought I once knew about the life of a vehicle has changed. They did a thorough inspection and in clear detail provided a report on the state of the Jeep. Clearly stating "nice to have", "need to have" and "you are a bad parent and putting your children's life at risk " work that needed to be done. Needless to say when I found a new used vehicle to purchase I had the same inspection completed. I now feel like a less bad parent and have a trusted vehicle advisor to help schedule preventive maintenance and a road map for work that needs to be done. Not killing my family in a barely road-worthy vehicle, I'm counting it as a win this week. * for those of you not familiar with Old Yeller. It is a classic, adored movie from the 50's , it's a heartwarming story about a little boy and his loved dog that he eventually had to take out behind the barn and shoot. This is what Boomers grew up watching for fun.

Excellent communication, very direct and assumed prior to any service or charges, went above and beyond.

Being a very nervous senior needing service for my vehicle I decided to try a woman owned shop with female technicians. I am thankful for that choice. I was fully informed of the vehicle issues, which ones were urgent and which ones could wait, along with fully disclosed costs. Staff is professional and earned my trust. I will be back.

These people charged $149 to replace a rear brake light that quite literally costs $7 for the part. Your repair money is spent manufacturing a presence in local media, offering discounts on online coupon sites, and stirring up digital marketing. Just look at the owner replies on here. It’s all a biiiig show at kinetic auto, and you get to pay for it all.

Rory, thank you for taking the time to write this review, even though the information you provided was incorrect. We have reviewed your invoice and found that you were charged $64.11 to replace your high mount brake light bulb and yes, the bulb only cost $7.50, but the human who took the time to install that bulb costs quite a bit more. You see, the money our clients spend on service is to employ PEOPLE, who work their asses off every day to deliver a high quality of service. These people are paid well, have health benefits, paid sick leave and work a 4 day workweek so they have more quality time to spend with their families or for their own self care. Providing a healthy work/life balance to our staff ensures that they are able to focus on our clients needs during the work day. Of course we spend money on marketing - this is a business, after all, and we will use all the advertising avenues available to reach the clients who appreciate the thorough and detailed service we provide. It’s great that people have the opportunity to express their opinions on Google. They can post whatever they want (correct or not), and what’s equally great is that the business owner has the ability to respond. The goal is not to put on a show, it’s to educate the person who is reading the response. We can tell them who we are, what we do and how we conduct business, so they can make an informed decision about whether we’re the right fit for them.
